تَنزِيلُ الْكِتَابِ مِنَ اللَّهِ الْعَزِيزِ الْحَكِيمِ
Turunnya Al-Quran ini, dari Allah Yang Maha Kuasa, lagi Maha Bijaksana.
The revelation of the Scripture is from Allah , the Mighty , the Wise .
这本经是从至仁至睿的真主降示的。
